Georgia builds to the code. We measure to the standard.
Georgia construction follows the International Code family, and for hard flooring, slip resistance is measured to ANSI A326.3 as a wet dynamic coefficient of friction. A number on a report is worth more than a word on a spec sheet. We give you the number for your actual floor, in its actual condition, so you can act on it and document it.

Do you actually come to Atlanta, or is this remote?
We come to you. On-site testing and treatment across metro Atlanta and Georgia is routine for us. If you only have a spare tile or a boxed sample, you can also mail it to our lab.
What do you test floors to?
For most interior hard flooring, ANSI A326.3 wet DCOF. For outdoor, textured, or barefoot areas, the Pendulum Slip Tester often reads the surface more honestly. We use whichever one fits the floor.
Can you help after someone has already fallen?
Yes. Testing the floor in its condition soon after an incident, before it is cleaned or changed, is some of the most useful work we do. The sooner the better.
