For Walkway Management clients
Your floor-safety record, always within reach
Every test we run for you, and every signed report, in one private place you can open anytime. The record that’s ready the day a question, an insurer, or a claim comes up.
What the portal is
When we test a floor for you, the results don’t just sit in a PDF on somebody’s desktop. We load them into your own private portal: your slip-resistance numbers, the signed reports behind them, and the details of the work, all in one account only you can see.
What’s inside
What you see depends on the work we did for you. A lab client opens a specimen library; a field client opens their walkway. The building blocks are the same.
Your test numbers
Every DCOF and pendulum PTV result we recorded, each shown as a clear pass or fail against the right ANSI A326.3 use category, not a single number stripped of its context.
The signed reports
Download the actual signed report behind any result, anytime, for your files, an insurer, or your attorney. The same document we hand you, kept where you can always find it.
Your sites, mapped
For walkthrough testing, the zone diagrams and the photos from each test point, tied to the readings, so a result always has a place and a picture attached.
Warranties and care
Where we’ve treated a floor, the treatment warranty and what it covers, plus the cleaning and maintenance that keeps the surface performing the way it tested.
Why it’s worth having
Slip-and-fall claims can arrive years after the work is done. When one does, the question is always the same: can you show what the floor measured, when, and by whose method? A screenshot or a lost email won’t carry that weight. A dated, signed record will.
The portal keeps that record traceable and in order, so proof of a tested, documented walkway is one login away instead of a scramble through old files. It’s the same discipline behind our SlipIntel platform, pointed at your own account.
The portal shows the results of the testing we performed and the reports we issued. It is a record of that work, not a legal opinion and not a guarantee against every claim.
