Two things owners get wrong
“Testing is an admission.”
It isn’t. Commissioning a test is ordinary diligence. The other side’s expert may test your floor anyway, with or without you. The party holding contemporaneous data negotiates from strength.
“A bad number hurts us.”
An unknown condition is worse. If the surface underperforms, we remediate and re-test, often within days. A documented fix is a defense exhibit.

Help the person first
Medical attention before anything else. Say little, record much.
Photograph before cleanup
Location, walking path, surface condition, footwear, signage, lighting.
Preserve the video today
Export camera footage before the system overwrites it. This is the most common preservation failure we see.
Call for testing
The closer the test is to the incident, the more probative the number.
